Questions about the data, a correction, or a privacy request — all of it reaches the same inbox.
The fastest way to reach us is email. We read everything that arrives and aim to reply within a few business days.
Every trade on this site comes from a Form 4 the insider filed with the SEC. If a transaction looks wrong, it is usually either how the filer reported it or how we parsed it — and we want to know which. Send the insider or company name, the transaction date, and the page you were looking at, and we will trace it back to the source filing.
To ask what data we hold about you, or to request its deletion, email us with the subject line "Privacy request". Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect, which is very little — the site needs no account to use. Note that insider names appearing in Form 4 filings are public SEC records and are not removable on request.
For press questions, data licensing, or advertising enquiries, use the same address and mention which one in the subject line.
We are a data publisher, not an advisory service: we cannot tell you what to buy or sell, review your portfolio, or comment on what an insider's trade signals. Everything here is public filing data published for informational purposes only. See our Terms of Use.
