The original exercise price was BRL 54.60 per share, which has been converted to U.S. dollars ("USD") using the U.S. Department of the Treasury Bureau of the Fiscal Service Treasury Reporting Rates of Exchange as of December 31, 2025 (the most recently published quarterly rate, applicable to transactions occurring through March 31, 2026), at a rate of 5.4770 BRL per USD (fiscaldata.treasury.gov).
