Non-Qualified Stock Option Agreement (Employee) by and between the Reporting Person and the Issuer, dated October 4, 2024 (as amended on March 21, 2025) the reporting person was granted non-qualified stock options (the "Stock Options") to purchase up to 55,000 shares of the Common Stock, at an exercise price of $1.00. The Stock Options vest annually over three years from July 22, 2024, subject to continued service, and are exercisable until October 4, 2029.
