The principal business of HPWH is holding investment rights in, directly or indirectly, ADCT. HPW Holding is an intermediary holding company and Dr. Wild is the Chairman of HPW Holding and HPWH. Thomas Pfisterer was a member of the Board of HPWH and held a total of 451,856 shares directly or indirectly in HPWH, but has transferred such ownership by way of an intragroup sale following Thomas Pfisterer stepping down from the Board of HPWH.
