("Saba Capital"), on behalf of a client to which Saba Capital serves as investment manager, effected a pro-rata in-kind distribution of an aggregate 979,182 Common Shares to the shareholders, including 32,535 shares to affiliates of Saba Capital, for no consideration (the "Share Distribution"). The shares held by affiliates of Saba Capital continue to be included in Column 5.
