Assuming satisfaction of applicable vesting conditions, which include continuous service with the Company and market price conditions tied to the performance of the Company's common shares, vesting of the shares will occur as follows: 10,000 shares on the date of the Agreement, 20,000 shares on January 25, 2025, 12,500 shares on January 25, 2026, 12,500 shares on January 25, 2027, 12,500 shares on January 25, 2028 and 12,500 shares on January 25, 2029.
