These options vest as follows: 25% (or 25,000 options) vest immediately upon grant, 25% (or 25,000 options) shall vest on June 30, 2025, and 50% (50,000 options) shall vest on December 31, 2025, subject to Mr. Shabani's continuing services for the Issuer in the capacity in which the grant was received on each applicable vesting date.
