Each of the Reporting Persons disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities reported herein except to the extent of his or its pecuniary interest therein.; Grant to the Reporting Person of a stock option under the 2020 Equity Incentive Plan, vesting in 12 equal monthly installments beginning as of January 30, 2024, subject to the Reporting Person continuing to provide Continuous Service (as defined in the 2020 Equity Incentive Plan) through such date.
