In connection with the Issuer's revision of financial statements for interim periods in 2023 as reported in the Issuer's Form 10-K filed on March 13, 2024, the Issuer determined that, based on the revisions, the reporting person would not have earned certain of the compensation that was issued to the reporting person when performance-based restricted stock units were converted into time-based restricted stock units in December 2023 in connection with the spin-off of NCR Atleos Corporation and based on certain performance conditions. As a result, 188 restricted stock units and 80 shares of common stock have been cancelled in accordance with the Issuer's clawback policy and are reported in this Form 4.; Reflects balance of unvested restricted stock units that will vest on February 25, 2025.
