On January 3, 2023, the reporting person was granted a target number of 7,711 restricted stock units ("RSUs") subject to performance and time-based vesting. On March 1, 2024 the Compensation Committee determined that based on the Issuer's fiscal year 2023 performance, 200% of the target number of RSUs vested on performance-based vesting requirements. The RSU's will vest in two equal annual installments on March 10, 2025 and March 10, 2026, respectively, subject to continued service. Each RSU represents the contingent right to receive one share of RDNT common stock.
