Madison Square Garden Sports Corp. Class B Common Stock ("Class B Common Stock") is convertible at the option of the holder on a share for share basis into Madison Square Garden Sports Corp. Class A Common Stock ("Class A Common Stock").; Represents a corrective transfer to remedy an administrative error in the prior receipt of Class B Common Stock made in connection with the partial repayment of a promissory note. The original receipt of Class B Common Stock was reported on a Form 4 filed on February 24, 2026. Due to the administrative error, the Reporting Person received 9,700 excess shares of Class B Common Stock, and the Charles F. Dolan 2009 Family Trust FBO Marianne Dolan Weber received 9,700 too few shares of Class B Common Stock. This transfer corrects that error by transferring 9,700 shares of Class B Common Stock from the Reporting Person to the Charles F. Dolan 2009 Family Trust FBO Marianne Dolan Weber. No consideration was exchanged in connection with this transfer, and the transfer was not effected through any open market or trading transaction.
