Represents the restricted stock units (the "RSUs") granted to the reporting person pursuant to the Enveric Biosciences, Inc. (the "Company") 2020 Long-Term Incentive Plan, as amended. For each vested restricted stock unit, the reporting person will be entitled to receive one share of common stock. One-fourth of the RSUs will vest upon the one-year anniversary of the date of issuance. An additional one-thirty-sixth of the RSUs will vest each month following the first vesting date.
