This report is filed jointly by (i) JKapital Ltd., a British Virgin Islands business company (the "Sponsor"), and (ii) Liu Yiheng (Gus), sole director of the Sponsor who beneficially owns 100.0% of the Sponsor's equity interests.; Reflects 4,750 units (each, a "Unit" and collectively, the "Units") of Starlink AI Acquisition Corporation (the "Issuer") purchased by the Sponsor in a private placement concurrent with the over-allotment option exercised by the underwriters which closed on May 27, 2026. Each Unit consists of (i) one ordinary share, par value $0.0001 per share of the Issuer (each, an "Ordinary Share" and collectively, the "Ordinary Shares") and (ii) one right that entitles the holder thereof to receive one-fourth (1/4) of one Ordinary Share upon consummation of the Issuer's initial business combination (each, a "Right").
