West Enclave Sponsor LLC (the "Sponsor") transferred an aggregate of 40,000 ordinary shares of the Issuer (the "founder shares") to the reporting person on the closing of the Issuer's initial public offering for an aggregate consideration of proximately $260.87, or approximately $0.0065 per founder share.
