Footnotes

On June 30, 2026, the reporting person was automatically granted 2,756 deferred stock units (DSUs) pursuant to the reporting person's election to receive payment of quarterly non-employee director fees in the form of DSUs. This grant was made in lieu of cash fees, based on the June 30, 2026 closing price of $15.88 per share of common stock of Viatris Inc. (Viatris). Each DSU is fully vested and represents the right to receive one share of common stock of Viatris. The DSUs settle in shares of common stock upon the earliest of the reporting person's termination of service as a non-employee director, the reporting person's death or disability, or a change in control.
