Subject to the reporting person's continued employment with the issuer, 33% of the RSUs vest on each of August 27, 2027, and August 27, 2028, and 34% vest on August 27, 2029. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the issuer's Class A common stock (the "Common Stock").
