The actual amount was 498,736 shares of common stock. The share amount and the associated holdings reported in this amendment have been corrected accordingly. The amount-reporting-error also resulted in an understatement of the Reporting Person's holdings in subsequently filed Forms 4. Following the transaction dated 09/01/2026, the Reporting Person's direct beneficial ownership of shares of common stock, reported in Table I, Column 5 of the Form 4 filed on 09/01/2026, should have been 418,597 rather than 409,712. The numbers of shares sold in those subsequent Forms 4 were correctly reported and are unchanged. This amendment corrects a reporting error and does not reflect a new grant, cancellation, or disposition.
