This amendment corrects the Form 4 filed on 05/26/2026, which incorrectly reported the amount of securities beneficially owned following the reported transaction as 389,681. The actual amount was 381,566 shares of common stock. The share amount and the associated holdings reported in this amendment have been corrected accordingly. The amount-reporting-error also resulted in an overstatement of the Reporting Person's holdings in subsequently filed Forms 4. Following the transaction dated 08/25/2026, the Reporting Person's direct beneficial ownership of shares of common stock, reported in Table I, Column 5 of the Form 4 filed on 08/25/2026, should have been 317,232 rather than 325,347. The numbers of shares sold in those subsequent Forms 4 were correctly reported and are unchanged. This amendment corrects a reporting error and does not reflect a new grant, cancellation, or disposition.
