The previously reported balance inadvertently omitted 601,503 shares underlying restricted stock units granted on September 22, 2025 and reported on the Reporting Person's Form 4 filed on September 24, 2025. The corrected balance following the February 20, 2026 transaction is 20,854,181, including those restricted stock units. The transaction information is otherwise unchanged. This amendment does not report a new grant or other new transaction. All amounts are presented on a pre-reverse-split basis. As a result, Forms 4 filed from February 24, 2026 through October 15, 2026 understate the amount of securities beneficially owned following each reported transaction under Item 5 of Table I by 601,503 shares of common stock.
