Daniel Fetters, the Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Issuer, as well as Edward King, the Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Issuer, are the Co-Managing Members of the Sponsor and hold voting and investment discretion with respect to the ordinary shares held of record by the Sponsor. As such, each of Mr. Fetters and Mr. King may be deemed to have beneficial ownership of the securities held of record by the Sponsor.
